Once you get to the REVIEW & SUBMIT ORDER section prior to placing your order, please enter into the "NOTE TO SELLER" section:

• NAME OF RECIPIANT / DOG'S NAME
• COMPLETE ADDRESS
• GIFT MESSAGE (if any)

We will than call you at the phone number listed on the order to give you an estimated delivery date and time.

DELIVERY TERMS:
All orders must be hand delivered to an adult at that address.  Should someone not answer, we will not leave deliveries outside or in mailboxes, etc. due to many of our pet treats being sensitive to extreme temperatures.  In cases like this, we will not re-attempt a delivery.  Unfortunately, you must than pick up the order at our retail location.
